; Bob Ducting Scope of Work 1. Remove existing ducting back to 12 inch "Y" 2. Install 12" duct in place of the 8" that was removed to include all current connections 3. From the new 12x4 "Y" , drop a rigid metal 4" duct with shut off valve to FN63 and attach to the large electrical cabinet for support (utilize existing duct for the drop) 4. From the new 12x8 "Y", drop a rigid metal 8" duct with an 8x4 "Y" to FN66. Cut one 8" hole and one 4" hole on the roof of the machine cabin (approximate location will be marked on machine) and bolt a flange with nipple (of the sizes corresponding to the hole sizes) on the inside and outside of each hole. This will be similar to a bulkhead fitting and the rigid ducts will attach to them. Shut off valves will be located in the ducts just above the flanges. All material from the new 12x8 "Y" is existing 5. Connect the 8 inch duct for FN64 to the new 12x8 " Y" 6. From the end of the new 12" duct, reduce to 10" and use 2each 45 degree elbows to center the duct over the front cabin frame of the CME 7. Place a shut off valve in the 10" duct just before it crosses over the frame of the cabin and supply an extension handle for operation of the valve by a person standing on the floor 8. Supports can be attached to the top of the cabin frame but not over the mounting holes for the Plexiglas covers and the existing Plexiglas covers are to be notched to fit closely around the feet of the new supports 9. The existing cabin ceiling support is to be modified into 2 parts and one part is to be installed and the other part is to be test fitted and then removed (as discussed) 10. The duct is to be attached to the ceiling support part that will remain installed 11. The existing ceiling panel is to be modified to fit around the duct but easily removable and will remain installed 12. All rigid metal ducting is to be Nordfab
